Product Lead Times
Prior to placing an order, please review this important information regarding lead times as of October 3, 2022:
- The lead times provided are approximate and based upon current capacity and material availability.
- Posted lead times do not guarantee a ship date or delivery date.
- On any PO marked “ship complete”, the lead time applied to the order will be based upon the product with the longest lead time.
- Specials and larger orders may receive lead times longer than what is posted. Please contact customer service to confirm availability.
- Lead times will be confirmed after entry of your order with an acknowledgment being sent to the dealership.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to unprecedented circumstances facing the office furniture industry and heavy order levels please allow up to 5 to 6 working days for order processing and acknowledgement of your order. Current published lead times and your corresponding acknowledged ship date will be from date of entry of a clean order. We will continue to work to improve and provide updates as available.
