We’ve created a mindset within our facilities to put safety first. It’s a part of everything we do. Providing and maintaining a safe working environment resides as a core value of Indiana Furniture. The continued education of proper safety practices in the workplace, along with the elimination of any potential hazard that could endanger the safety and well-being of employees and others, is of the greatest importance.
Our steadfast adherence of safety policies and guidelines allowed us to achieve INSHARP Certification (Indiana Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program) for our Flat Line Manufacturing Facility. Less than 45 Indiana Businesses have achieved INSHARP certification and those who have are recognized as workplace safety and healthy leaders. We are honored to be a part of this prestigious group.
