Price Increase and Product Updates Effective May 19, 2025.
We will be implementing a modest price adjustment, effective May 19, 2025. The price increase will vary by product line, with an overall cumulative impact of less than 4%.
- Orders received on or before May 18, 2025 will be acknowledged at the current May 2024 pricing. Orders received on or after May 19, 2025 will receive the adjustments on all models besides those specific to Dab, Serenity, and Synergy base pricing.
- All GSA, State, and other Contracts will be reviewing these pricing adjustments. Their acceptance will be communicated upon their approval.
- To register for Price Protection, please send an email to IFIOrder@IndianaFurniture.com. Mention the request for price protection and provide the Dealer Name, Project Name, Product Lines being specified, and the Estimated Total List Price.
- Information must be received by May 18, 2025. Price Protected Orders must be placed by June 27, 2025 and shipped by August 29, 2025.

Effective with the May 19, 2025 Price List, the following items will be discontinued from our portfolio and will no longer be available or shown in sales and marketing tools:
- Vive Seating.
- Tri-One Modular and Meeting Tops and Legs. Tri-One Training Tables will remain in our offering.
- Screens + Dividers: 24”H Privacy Panels in Clear and Frosted Acrylic, 24” Privacy Panel with Transaction Slot in Clear Acrylic, 24” Screen Dividers in Clear and Frosted Acrylic, and 33”H Above and Below Screens in Frosted Acrylic. All other screens and dividers will remain in the Canvas and Gesso lines.
- Roman Solid Surface Edge Profile. The Straight Solid Surface Edge Profile will remain in our offering.
Additionally, some updates and adjustments have been made to the Terms + Conditions section of the Price List to provide additional information for our partners.
